Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in deck construction or framing

• Strong understanding of deck safety codes and construction techniques

• Proficient in using saws, drills, levels, and other construction tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Duties:

• Build and install custom decks from start to finish

• Frame, level, and secure deck structures, stairs, and railings

• Work with wood, composite decking, and metal railing systems

• Ensure all builds meet safety codes and structural standards

• Read and follow blueprints or design plans accurately

• Operate hand and power tools with confidence and care

• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project

Cutting Edge Homes LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and the ability to work collaboratively on construction projects. Full time, year-round openings. Immediate hire is available. We are currently seeking to hire the following: General laborers, framers, trim carpenters, and siders.

Experience:

• Proven experience in carpentry or a related field is preferred

• Familiarity with blueprint reading is essential for understanding project requirements

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Duties:

• Assemble and install structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard

• Restore damaged structures, ensuring they meet safety and aesthetic standards

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications

• Construct frames, and other structural components
